At Munique Miranda Jewelry, we take pride in offering high-quality jewelry designed to last. To ensure customer satisfaction, we provide the following warranty coverage:

Sterling Silver & Gold Vermeil Warranty
• We offer a 15-day warranty covering clasp defects. If your clasp breaks within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
• For Gold Vermeil jewelry, we provide a one-year warranty on the gold plating, as long as the care instructions outlined in our Jewelry Care Guide are followed. This includes avoiding exposure to chemicals, sweat, saltwater, saunas, pools, and excessive moisture.

What Is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:
 • Lost or missing stones;
 • Scratches, dents, or general wear and tear;
 • Damage due to improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals, or failure to follow our Jewelry Care Guide.

Repair Services

Although we do not cover lost stones or general damage under our warranty, we are happy to assist with repairs. We have a professional jeweler as part of our brand, and we can provide a repair estimate upon request.
